Purchase and validity of tickets - conditions
- Tickets can be bought according to the price list in cash, with bank cards (debit, Maestro, Karanta) and credit cards (MasterCard, Diners) at the cashier’s desk on the lower station of cable car, with cash on the upper station of the cable car and, in time of operating Summer Park Krvavec in Brunarica Sonček.
- Tickets with additional discounts (schools, groups, agencies) can be bought at the cashiers’ desks of the lower station of the cable car.
- Sale and inspection of the tickets is managed by computerized cashiers and electronic readers. The visitors are obliged to register the ticket on the electronic reader upon entering. The visitors are obliged to show at anytime and anywhere on the mountain the ticket or the identification card to the authorized staff of the mountain management.
- When the Summer park Krvavec is operating, the ticket reclamations are being resolved at the cashier desk of the lower station of the cable car.
- The pre-purchased tickets (daily, cyclist) and seasonal tickets are valid in summer season 2011.
- The ticket is valid only within the context of the data written on it: ticket type, ticket validity
- The validity date cannot be changed for the already purchased tickets.
- Tickets are non transferable.
- Damaged ticket can only be changed in case the validity of the ticket can be checked optically or with electronic reader.
- Change of any damaged ticket should be made immediately, with exception of the season ticket, which is issued 7 days after reporting the damage. The change is charged according to the price list.
- Summer park Krvavec is appropriate for visitors older than 5 years, except Cycling park , which is appropriate for visitors older than 15 years and two courses in Adventure park, which are suitable for children age 8 or more, who do not have any mental problems with height and any other health problems, which may be risky or dangerous.
- Children up to 6 years old can use cable cars without ticket only in company of parents. To visit the Summer Park they need a valid children ticket for park.
- Children up to 15 years old are entitled to buy a children ticket if they present a proof of their age.
- Youth: children from 15 to 19 years old.
- Children under 15 years are allowed to visit Adventure park only acompanied by an adult with valid ticket! For 3 children – 1 adult!
- Disabled of I. and II. category and their companions are entitled to buy a children ticket if they present a proof of their status.
- Upon presenting the status evidence, youth, children, disabled of I. and II. category and their companions, are entitled to a discounted price for the tickets specially marked in the price list. These tickets are only valid with the proof of age or status.
- Summer Park – family: for families with at least one adult and one child with the same last name and adress, upon the submission of official proof. Discount is valid per total amount of all chosen family tickets. Maximal number of bought family tickets is 5.
- Day ticket Summer Park permitting a single access and return to/from the mountain by a cable car, in time of operating Summer Park unlimited number of rides on a four-chair lift Tiha dolina and the use of all activities in the Summer Park.
- Summer Park + lunch: permitting a single access and return to/from the mountain by a cable car, in time of operating Summer Park unlimited number of rides on a four-chair lift Tiha dolina, the use of all activities in the Summer Park and lunch in Brunarica Sonček.
- Ticket Cycling Park is valid on the day of purchase or the first use, permitting unlimited number of rides on a cable car and, in time of operating Summer Park unlimited number of rides on a four-chair lift Tiha dolina and the use of Cycling Park in Summer Park Krvavec.
- Ticket Cyclist cable car is valid on the day of purchase or the first use, permitting unlimited number of rides on a cable car.
- Seasonal cyclist with a photo is is issued on a name of the owner and it is not transferable. Ticket permits unlimited number of rides on a cable car and, in time of operating Summer Park unlimited number of rides on a four-chair lift Tiha dolina and the use of Cycling Park in Summer Park Krvavec.
- Seasonal Summer Park with a photo is is issued on a name of the owner and it is not transferable. Ticket permits unlimited number of rides on a cable car and, in time of operating Summer Park unlimited number of rides on a four-chair lift Tiha dolina and the use of all activities in Summer Park Krvavec.
- Ticket for cyclist doesn’t include rent of bicycle.
- Transporting bicycles and paraglides is FREE!
- Conpanions who don’t use the Summer Park, hikers, watchers don’t need to pay the entry fee for Summer Park.
- Attendants from primary and secondary schools are entitled to one free ticket for an attendant per every 20 scholars.
- The company issue tickets for vouchers of their contractors only in case the amount of the unsettled total debts to them is not over 1.000 EUR.
- A visitor wishing to be granted a discount must prove entitlement to discount by means of appropriate document (parents or accompanying persons the age of a child) if so requested by the cashier, inspector or any other authorized person.
- Discounts are not cumulative!
- Ski tickets are not valid during the summer season.
