TICKET ABUSE
- Use of the ticket bought at a discounted price on the basis of appropriate proof of age or status and the tickets on digital watches is considered an abuse if used without identification cards.
- Attempt or abuse of the ticket and violation of The terms and conditions for the use of Summer Park, are a reason for an immediate dispossession of the ticket. The officials of the company are in charge for the dispossession of the ticket.
- For each day of the found abuse, the violator is obligated to pay the indemnity in the amount of the triple value of a daily adult ticket and to deposit an appropriate warranty until the payment of indemnity.
- For the ticket abuse or The terms and conditions for the use of Summer Park violation, the companies are entitled to report the violators’ penal act to the police or to justice.
