Refund and ski pass loss

WORSENING OF WEATHER CONDITIONS, FOG, WIND, CLOSED SLOPES, CANCELLATION OR STOPPING OF OPERATION FOR CERTAIN LIFTS, ARE NOT A REASON FOR REFUND OR EXTENSION OF THE VALIDITY OF THE SKI PASS.
- In the case of injury of a skier, upon the intervention of rescuers on the ski slopes, the Company repays the money paid for a multi-day Ski Pass, namely on the basis of the ski accident Report and the validity of the Ski Pass on the day of accident. The Ski Pass is refunded from the next day on. The paid amount is also refunded to one companion of the injured skier who had to leave the Ski Resort before time to accompany the injured skier.
- The companies do not refund the multi-day Ski Pass in cases of sickness, the exception being the participants of the school programme.
- Purchased Ski Passes cannot be returned or refunded.
- A lost or damaged Season Ski Pass can be replaced upon payment of expenses for the change. A lost Season Ski Pass is substituted upon presentation of the issuing confirmation or Identification Card for the Ski Pass, within 7 days after reporting the loss.
- The companies do not accept any responsibility for lost Ski Passes.
