Terms and Conditions

• To check the weather and operating conditions of the mountain before the purchase of tickets

• To come to the mountain in appropriate gear and appropriate clothing, since parts of the mountains are situated in the range of the high mountains.
• Before departure to the mountain for the reasons of personal safety to see the panoramic photo of the mountain on the information panel located on the lower or upper station of the cable car. Live tv picture can also be viewed on the internet page www.rtc-krvavec.si
• To come to the mountain in appropriate gear and appropriate clothing, since parts of the mountains are situated in the range of the high mountains.

• Tickets can be bought according to the price list in cash, with bank cards (debit, maestro, karanta) and credit cards (visa, diners, mastercard) at the cashier’s desk on the lower station of cable car, with cash on the upper station of the cable car and, in time of operating Summer park krvavec on information point.
• Tickets with additional discounts (schools, groups, agencies) can be bought at the cashiers’ desks of the lower station of the cable car.
• Sale and inspection of the tickets is managed by computerized cashiers and electronic readers. The visitors are obliged to register the ticket on the electronic reader upon entering. The visitors are obliged to show at anytime and anywhere on the mountain the ticket or the identification card to the authorized staff of the mountain management.
• When the Adventure park Krvavec is operating, the ticket reclamations are being resolved at the cashier desk of the lower station of the cable car.
• The pre-purchased tickets are valid in summer season 2015.
• The ticket is valid only within the context of the data written on it: ticket type, ticket validity
• The validity date cannot be changed for the already purchased tickets.
• Tickets are non transferable (except transferable season tickets).
• Damaged ticket can only be changed in case the validity of the ticket can be checked optically or with electronic reader.
• Change of any damaged ticket should be made immediately, with exception of the season ticket, which is issued 7 days after reporting the damage. The change is charged at price 13 eur.
• Adventure park Krvavec is appropriate for visitors older than 5 years, except Scott bike trail, which is appropriate for visitors older than 12 years, mountain go-karting and mountain roller descent for visitors older than 7 years, two courses in Adventure park are suitable for children age 8 or more, who do not have any mental problems with height and any other health problems, which may be risky or dangerous.
• The mountain bike trail rock'n'flow is difficult and convenient for experienced mountain cyclers.
• Children up to 6 years old can use cable cars without ticket only in company of parents. To visit the Adventure Park they need a valid children ticket for park.
• Children's ticket to 6 years valid until the age of 5,99.
• Children's ticket valid until the age of 14,99.
• Youth between 15. And 18 99 years
• seniors over 65 (born in 1956 or earlier).
• Disabled of i. And ii. Category are entitled to buy a children ticket if they present a proof of their status.
• Upon presenting the status evidence, youth, children, seniors, disabled of i. And ii. Category and their companions, are entitled to a discounted price for the tickets specially marked in the price list. The tickets are valid only with the proof of age or status.
• Children under 15 years are allowed to visit adventure park only acompanied by an adult with valid ticket! For 3 children – 1 adult!
• Day ticket Summer Park 10 activities includes a single access and return to/from the mountain by a cable car, unlimited number of rides on a four-chair lift Tiha dolina, the use of all activities in the Summer Park and the rental of all requisites.
• Ticket Krvavec All inclusive includes unlimited number od rides with cable car and 4-sitted chairlift Tiha dolina, use of Bike park, 3 - hour entrance in Adventure park and 3 rides with mountain go-cards/mountain rollers and it doesnt't include bike rental. Ticket is not transferable.
• Day ticket Adventure Park 7 activities includes the return journey by cable car and the use of 7 products within Summer Park climbing-adventure park, climbing tower, trampoline, arhery, slackline, frisbee golf, the tube descent).
• Family adventure park : for families with at least one adult and one child with the same last name and adress, upon the submission of official proof. Discount is valid per total amount of all chosen family tickets. Maximal number of bought family tickets is 5. Family tickets are valid only on day of purchase (not possible to buy in advance). Discounts can not be summed.
• Seasonal Adventure Park with a photo is issued on a name of the owner and it is not transferable. Ticket permits unlimited number of rides on a cable car and, in time of operating Adventure Park unlimited number of rides on a four-chair lift Tiha dolina and the use of climbing – adventure park the use of all activities in Summer Park Krvavec and the rental of all requisites.
• Visitors with bicycles must buy a ticket for the bike park in order to use the cable car.
• Ticket for the bike park does not include the rental of bikes.
• Visitors with bikes and paraglides are not entitled to purchase a ticket for the cable car.
• Tickets for Bike Park Krvavec are valid on the day of purchase or the first use within the time of purchase. They allow an unlimitied number of rides on the cable car, and during the operation time of the Adventure Park – 10 activities, unlimited number of rides with the 4-chair Tiha dolina and the use of Bike Park Krvavec. Transport of bicycle is included.
• Seasonal Bike park Card with a photo is issued on a name of the owner and it is not transferable. It allows you bike transfer, unlimited number of rides with cable car and 4-sitted chairlift Tiha dolina and use of Bike Park. It is valid from 18th of June till the start of winter season 2021/22 or longest till 21th of November.
• Seasonal Gravity Card with a photo is issued on a name of the owner and it is not transferable. On Krvavec it allows you bike transfer, unlimited number of rides with cable car and 4-sitted chairlift Tiha dolina and use of Bike Park. It is valid from 3th of April till 7th of November.
• Visitors with a paraglider must buy a ticket paraglider in order to use the cable car and 4-chair lift.
• Daily ticket for Paragliders is valid on the day of purchase or the first use. It allows one way ride on the cable car, and during the operation time of the Summer Park – 10 activities, unlimited number one way ride with the 4-chair Tiha dolina. Transport of paraglider is included.
• Daily ticket for paragliders is valid on the day of purchase or the first use. It allows an unlimitied number of rides on the cable car, and during the operation time of the summer park – 10 activities, unlimited number of rides with the 4-chair tiha dolina. Transport of paraglider is included.
• Ticket for Paragliders 1 ride is valid on the day of purchase or the first use. It allows one ride with the cable car, and during the operation time of the Summer Park – 10 activities, one ride with the 4-chair Tiha dolina. Transport of paraglider is included.
• Conpanions who don’t use the Adventure Park, hikers, watchers don’t need to pay the entry fee for Adventure Park.
• Attendants from primary and secondary schools are entitled to one free ticket for an attendant per every 15 scholars.
• The company issue tickets for vouchers of their contractors only in case the amount of the unsettled total debts are settled.
• A visitor wishing to be granted a discount must prove entitlement to discount by means of appropriate document (parents or accompanying persons the age of a child) if so requested by the cashier, inspector or any other authorized person.
• Discounts are not cumulative!
• Ski tickets are not valid during the summer season.

• Bought tickets cannot be returned or refunded.
• Lost or damaged season ticket can be replaced upon payment of expenses for their change.
• No compensation for lost tickets available.

• Use of the ticket bought at a discounted price on the basis of appropriate proof of age or status and the tickets on digital watches is considered an abuse if used without identification cards.
• Attempt or abuse of the ticket and violation of the terms and conditions for the use of Adventure park, are a reason for an immediate dispossession of the ticket. The officials of the company are in charge for the dispossession of the ticket.
• For each day of the found abuse, the violator is obligated to pay the indemnity in the amount of the triple value of a daily adult ticket and to deposit an appropriate warranty until the payment of indemnity.
• For the ticket abuse or the terms and conditions for the use of Adventure park violation, the companies are entitled to report the violators’ penal act to the police or to justice.

• Rtc krvavec charges all advertising on the facilities, ski lifts and parking lots according to the price list. Self-willed advertising on facilities, ski lifts and parking lots is punished with a penalty in amount of 500eur/m2 + vat for each advertisement. Self-willed advertiser has to immediately remove the advertisement at its own expenses. Cleaning of leaflets or stickers that a self-willed advertiser will not remove on its own is charged with the payment of a double cleaning tariff.
• If the company ascertains that the visitor caused damage to cable car or other device in the mountain, the causer or its guardian is bounded to repay the damage. The company has a right to start a criminal procedure due to damaging foreign property and a right to sue for damages.
• Until the final damage estimation, the company may demand a deposit of 500 eur from the causer.
• The company has a right to prohibit access to the mountain for individuals or groups due to their previous violations of rules of conduct or safe skiing. The company prohibits access to the cable cars and in Adventure park to people under the effect of alcohol or drugs, and people with inappropriate conduct. The company does not hold any responsibility for them and their actions.
• Smoking, use of open fire and throwing of cigarette ends and litter is forbidden on all lifts and in Adventure park (due to fire danger on the lift path).
• The use of Adventure park krvavec out of opening hours is strictly forbidden!

• All lifts operate on a self-service principle.
• The user of any lift must know how to safely enter and exit the installation.
• If the visitors require help when taking the chair or lift, they should, on time, ask for help the assistant staff at the lift station.
• Operating time of the lifts and the Adventure park, bike park is adapting to the daily weather conditions (for example, in case of strong winds, the lifts are stopped).
• The visitors can order a special ride with the cable car out of the operating hours. The person placing this order pays the costs of the special start and cost of tickets according to the price list.
• During the season company can, due to technical, organizational, economic or natural reasons, exclude individual lifts operation and close certain activities in Adventure park. This does not present a reason for a lower ticket price.
• The company reserves the right to change the operating hours of the cable car, lifts, bike park and the Adventure park, due to technical, organizational, economic or natural reasons.

• Hikkers, mountaineers, cyclists welcome. Please use marked paths.
• Dogs must be kept on the lead!
• No rubbish may be dumped here! Please take rubbish to the valley or dustbin.
• Lighting fire and noise making is prohibited!
• Road traffic allowed only for owners and authorized persons.
• In Adventure park is not allowed walking dogs without strings.
• Taking off and landing of paragliders and kites is not allowed in Adventure park!
• Driving of motor vehicles is prohibited (according to the regulation on prohibited driving of motor vehicles in natural environment).
• Please ensure that livestock have free pasture. Aproaching livestock is not allowed and it is at your own risk. Leave precedence to livestock!

• On lifts it is forbidden to transport children or domestic animals in backpacks or on chest.
• Transport of personal baggage up to 15 kg is free of charge (suitcases, backpacks, bags, etc.).
• Transporting bicycles and other sports equipment that is used in Adventure Park, is included in the price of ticket.
• Transporting bicycles is free. Transporting other sports equipment that is used in summer park, is included in the price of ticket.
• Transport is charged according to the price list (1 kg = 1€) for all the passangers that are not guests of hotel krvavec or appartments muštrinka. The transport price does not include the help from company’s staff for uploading and downloading, and delivery on krvavec. Help and delivery can be agreed and paid separately.
• The company does not accept any responsibility for late delivery and transport of irregularly packed load (damages, frost, etc.). The load has to be correctly packed and ready for transport on the lifts, and protected from alienation otherwise it has to be accompanied by the owner or his/her substitute.
• The transport of hang-gliders and paragliders on krvavec is permitted with the cable car.
• Transport of domestic animals is possible only by a cable car on the mountain Krvavec, weight to 15 kg is free of charge, domestic animals weighting more than 15 kg are charged the price of children’s ticket.
• During the transport on the cable car domestic animals must be appropriately secured (strap, muzzle or basket).
• According to the decree of the Cerklje community on water sources preservation, the transport of waste from Krvavec can only be done in specially strengthened waste bags. The transport of waste in regular waste bags is not possible. Irregularly packed waste must be removed from the chair lift area by the causer. The specially strengthened waste bags can be bought in the info office on the upper station of the cable car.

• Group leaders and, in case of guiding programs (schools) instructors, are responsible for general safety of the groups.
• In cases of dangerous leading of the group, the company can prohibit the continuation of activities on krvavec, and the tickets are taken away from the group- without refund.
• By purchasing the ticket, the owner is insured for injuries and equipment or load damaging during the transport on all lifts and using the Adventure park, bike park if the injuries occur due to negligence and guilt of the manager.
• The company does not take on any responsibility for body injuries and equipment damaging of the ticket owners and other individuals if the injuries occur as a consequence of: disobeying the terms and conditions for the use of summer park, specialized bike park krvavec rules and terms of use, weather, signs and instructions of the lift manager, insufficient physical preparedness, insufficient sports equipment, using the Adventure park, bike park or lifts under the effect of alcohol and drugs, etc.
• The use of Adventure park krvavec and bike park krvavec is associated with risk and the participants use it at their own responsibility. When purchasing tickets for Adventure park krvavec and bike park krvavec each participant must fill a declaration form in which he/she states to have been familiarized with the terms of use and confirm it with a signature.
• Rtc krvavec does not assume any responsibility for injuries in this area that occur due to the inexperience of users, disobeying the terms and conditions for the use of Adventure park, Bike park, disobeying instructions of the lift manager or due to the use of facilities in the absence of a trainer.
• Reclamations, complaints, declarations of body injuries and injuries of equipment or load should be done on Krvavec at the leader of operating.
• We advise the visitors to bring with them a valid medical insurance card. In case of injury in the Adventure park or Bike park the eventual ambulance transport to the hospital is free of charge only for individuals with a basic and supplementary coverage on their medical insurance. Other injured persons are charged the transportation according to the price list determined by the medical insurance company of Slovenia.
• In case of causing the accident the company reserves right to start a penalty procedure or an offence procedure against the inducer.

• Parking or use of parking spaces on the lower station of the cable car krvavec is free of charge – the drivers must consider the traffic signalization.
• It is forbidden to park on all access roads and private property.
• The company does not assume any responsibility for the parked vehicles.

• Before first visit of the Adventure park krvavec each participant must read this terms and conditions. The use of Adventure park krvavec and bike park krvavec is associated with risk and the participants use it at their own responsibility. When purchasing tickets for Adventure park krvavec each participant must fill a declaration form (the name, surname and contact number of the adult must be written on it) in which he/she states to have been familiarized with the terms of use and confirm it with a signature. Participants under 15 years of age must be familiarized with the terms by an adult.with the signature, participants confirm to use the activities of the Adventure park krvavec at their own responsibility.
• Visitors are aware to accept some risks related with climbing activities when using Adventure park krvavec and are fully responsible for their own safety. For company's responsibility read paragraph safety, insurance and responsibility.
• It is forbidden to use the Adventure park contradiction to the terms and conditions for the use of the Adventure park and the law on cable facilities for person transportation. The violation can be penalized with immediate dispossession of the ticket without repayment. The company official is authorized for the ticket dispossession.
• It is forbidden to use the closed activities in Adventure park or lifts. The use of Adventure park krvavec out of opening hours is strictly forbidden!
• It is absolutely forbidden to trespass the wire fences, because these fences protect the area from the precipices and different kind overhangs and precipices.
• It is also forbidden trespass the fences, which indicate the limit of Adventure park.
• On the mountain the user of Adventure park activities must act responsible for himself and for others in order not to threaten or injure himself, others or facilities.
• Activities in Summer Park Krvavec are appropriate for visitors older than 5 years, except Scott trail, which is appropriate for visitors older than 12 years, mountain go-karting and mountain roller descent for visitors older than 7 years, and two courses in Adventure Park, which are appropriate for visitors older than 8 years, who do not have any mental problems and any other health problems, which may be risky or dangerous. In case of violation visitor can be requested to leave the Adventure Park Krvavec and/or lift.
• The user of the Adventure park must consider the instructions of staff at the lift station, instructors at the activities, and must also consider the instructions on all warning and notice panels on the Krvavec and the operating conditions and the legalisation on lifts security.
• Use of climbing tower without use of conservation is prohibited! Protect may only a qualified person – instructor in Adventure park.
• Organisator can request visitor to leave Adventure park krvavec in case of violation of this terms and conditions.
• Organisator can stop the use in case of safety precautions (fire, strong wind, thunderstrom, fog, wind, etc.). In this case entry fee is not refunded. Entry fee is not refunded also in case of voluntary exit of the Adventure park.
• The use of Adventure park krvavec under the influence of alcohol or any other drug is not permitted, nor is the use of Adventure park permitted for those subject to epileptic seizures.
• Smoking, use of open fire and throwing of cigarette ends and litter is forbidden on all lifts and in Adventure park (due to fire danger on the lift path).
• The tickets is non- transferable.
• The use of Adventure park krvavec out of opening hours is strictly forbidden!
• We recommend sport shoes and clothes.

• Adventure park krvavec is appropriate for visitors older than 5 years, who do not have any mental problems with height and any other health problems, which may be risky or dangerous. Children under 15 years are allowed to visit Adventure park Krvavec only acompanied with adult or professional personel. For use of specific courses read some additional requirements:

  Orange: all participants from 5 untill 11 yrs. Or min. Height with strech hands 140 cm
  Green: all participants form 8 yrs. Or 160 cm
  Blue: all participants form 8 yrs. Or 160 cm.
• Children under 15 years are allowed to visit adventure park only acompanied by an adult with valid ticket! For 3 children – 1 adult!
• Tiny objects, like: mobile phone, cameras, yewellery, sun glasses, est. Are not allowed during the use in adventure park, because they can be dangerous for you or other visitors.
• Before use each visitor must take a short course (theoretical and practical) on the ground for the proper and safe use of safety equipment especialy how to clip on to the steel cables, which ensure safety in the park.
• The last entry to adventure park is at 16pm.

• Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the trails.
• The trails are not suitable for beginners.
• The use of helmets is obligatory.
• The use of safety equipment is strongly recommended (knee and elbow guards, body armor).
• Only mountain bikes that are suitable for the trails can be used.
• Riders should familiarize themselves with the trails before riding on them for the first time.
• Riders must adjust their speed to trail and weather conditions, as well as their own riding capabilities.
• Riding is allowed only on the marked route. Riding on the outside of the route and on mountain paths is strictly forbidden!
• Walking on the route is not allowed in order to avoid the collision of the cyclers.
• Driving on the route with motor-powered vehicles is strictly forbidden!
• It is forbidden to remodel the route and the structures on it without the administrator’s consent!
• It is forbidden to use the route under the influence of alcohol or any other psychoactive substances!
• Driving on the track is at own risk of participants.

• Use of mountain go-karts and mountain rollers is permitted only for the regulated marked route; do not leave it and only be driven after.
• Children younger than 7 years the use is prohibited.
• The use is permited persons who are not heavier than 100 kg.
• Mountain go-kart and mountain roller is designed to run only one person.
• Participants must use safety helmets.
• Recommended the use of protective equipment.
• Only use adequately sized go-kart and roller.
• Check and properly store items in your pockets that you do not lose them during the descent.
• Make sure that any part of the clothing will not interfere with the descent and arrived between the wheels or brakes.
• Check the brakes before starting using go-kart or roller.
• The first ride should be given to understanding the course of the track.
• Adapt your speed characteristics and the situation on the track, especially in the case of bad weather. Always keep going at a speed that you can control to stop safely.
• The steering wheel all the time hold with both hands in such a way that it can use the brake lever at all times.
• Always brake with both brakes at the same time.
• Tilt your body on the inside of the bend.
• Mountain go-kart and roller is designed to drive forward, reverse is prohibited.
• In the case of any technical failure, the drive to the mountain go-kart and roller must be stopped immediately.
• Mountain go-kart and roller drive according to the knowledge and experience.
• Never undermine other.
• User is strictly prohibited in any processed or altered the course of lines or barriers to it.
• Climbing route, either on foot or by go-kart or roller is strictly prohibited.
• Running around the track is at your own risk.
• Use of mountain go-kart and roller is at your own risk.

• In the tube must be seated so that the legs hanging out of the tube. The route can be used by people who are at least 1 m high and at least 4 years old.
• Rope for towing before the activity place in the interior of the tube. Before the descent, it is necessary to grasp the handles on the tire.
• Descent is completely closed when the track is wet or when rain begins. It is also prohibited the descent without the permission of authorized personnel.
• The descent of several persons in the tire at the same time is prohibited.
• Before the descent, it is necessary to make sure that the entire track and the final part of the course is free.

• The use of bike park krvavec is associated with risk and the participants use it at their own responsibility. When purchasing tickets for bike park krvavec each participant must fill a declaration form in which he/she states to have been familiarized with the terms of use and confirm it with a signature. Participants under 15 years of age must be familiarized with the terms by an adult.with the signature, participants confirm to use the activities of the bike park krvavec at their own responsibility.
• Riding on the tracks of specialized bike park krvavec (the bike park) is on your own risk and responsibility.
• The operators of the bike park, šd bambi and company rtc krvavec are not responsible for any body injuries, bike or bike equipment damages, or in case of stealing bike or bike equipment, that could happen during the use of the bike park.
• In case the user is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use of the bike park is forbbiden.

• Injuries are a common and expected part of mountain‐biking. We strongly suggest that full face helmets, full length gloves, biking armor and a full suspension bike be used in the bike park.
• More challenging terrain and features should not be attempted unless the rider has the appropriate skills, experience and equipment to effectively negotiate such trail sections. Please speak to šd bambi for more information regarding mountain‐biking at bike park krvavec.
• The route is not under constant supervision. We would like to remind people to carry a mobile phone and have a local emergency contact available. In case of an accident call the number 112 and inform them of the colour of the signs along the route. Different colours denote the zone of the route in which you are situated.

• upravitelj si pridržuje pravico dejavnosti iz varnostno tehničnih razlogov (ogenj, vihar, nevihta, megla, veter, itd.) ustaviti. Družba v tem primeru ne povrne kupnine, prav tako je ne povrne, če udeleženec prostovoljno zapusti Bike park Krvavec;
• proga je v funkciji samo v času poletnega obratovanja krožno kabinske žičnice Krvavec;
• neupoštevanje zgoraj naštetih pravil, priporočil in obveznosti se kaznuje s takojšnjim odvzemom vozovnice;
• uporabnik Bike parka mora imeti veljavno vozovnico za Bike park.

The bike park krvavec is a significantly different experience from cross country riding. The trails require constant physical and mental effort in order for all riders to maintain control.

Distance: 3,7 miles (6 km)
Ascent: 2788 feet (850 m)
Grade: trail is difficult and convenient for experienced mountain cyclers

Protective clothing and equipment is mandatory for young riders. The best protection from abrasion requires a properly fitted full‐faced helmet, gloves, long pants, long sleeves, leg armour, arm armour and solid running shoes.

The bike park trails are specifically designed for full suspension mountain bikes. The trails are rocky, bumpy and become much more difficult without high quality suspension. Without full suspension, fatigue becomes a factor much sooner. The steep grades necessitate disc brakes for adequate stopping power. Cantilever brakes will increase the fatigue factor as more effort will be required to maintain control. All bike park participants should ride a properly sized bike and should be able to stand over the seat with their feet flat on the ground. A bike that is too large or with a high seat post increases the risk of injury.

The level of risk increases with the level of difficulty. Black trails often have significant drops and jumps that require skill and experience to navigate. Young riders become a hazard to other riders if they are unable to ride a trail or move out of the way. Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times and should be monitored for fatigue regularly.
Do not wait in line - fill out, print and bring the agreement with you.

• bikes are permitted on the cable car to krvavec and 4-chair-lift tiha dolina.
• Boarding the lift requires significant strength when loading a bike and children may require assistance.
• The tracks of the bike park are not appropriate for absolute begginers (pay attention at the description of difficulty level of the tracks and coloured marks of the tracks: blue – easy track, red – demanding track, black – very demanding track).
• The first ride should be intended for getting to know the tracks and their obstacles.
• It is compulsory to follow the marks and signs alongside and on the tracks and other information told by the bike park management.
• Adjust the riding speed to your biking skills and conditions on the tracks.
• Faster bikers must choose the line of the ride so that they do not endanger the bikers in front of them.
• Stopping on the demanding and /or on non‐visible parts of the tracks, except in emergency, is forbbiden. In case you must stop on the track, leave it as soon as possible. Before going back on the track again, make sure you do not endanger yourself or others.
• Do not endanger other bikers, especially less skilled ones.
• Do not leave marked tracks and ride only on marked ones. Cycling out of the marked track of the bike park is forbbiden.
• Riding on the closed parts of the bike park is strictly forbidden. There can be maintenance in progress.
• It is strictly forbbiden for users to rearrange or change the course of the tracks of the bike park, or any obstacles on them.
• Walking on the tracks of the bike park, climbing them on foot or cycling , because of security reasons, is strictly forbbiden.
• In case you are a participant or a witness of an accident, inform immediately emergency number 112.
• In case of bad weather conditions and /or any maintenance in progress, the management has the right to change the opening hours of the bike park.
• Before the use of the cable car the bike has to be cleaned.
• In case of violation the bike park rules, recommendations and obligations, your bike park ticket will be immediately taken away (either it is daily, season or annual ticket).
